BigInt.asIntN() wraps a BigInt to fit within a signed N-bit integer.

BigInt.asIntN(width, bigint)

Wraps a BigInt to a signed N-bit integer. BigInt.asIntN(8, 255n) overflows signed 8-bit to -1n.
