Blob — size of '€' (multi-byte)

const ab = new ArrayBuffer(4)
const b = new Blob([ab])
b.size  // → 4

Blob can be constructed from ArrayBuffers as well as strings.

Blob UTF-8 Encoding

The Euro sign '€' (U+20AC) is encoded as 3 bytes in UTF-8. Therefore new Blob(['€']).size === 3.

Challenge: Verify that new Blob(['€']).size === 3.
