Format to parts

const parts = new Intl.DateTimeFormat('en-US').formatToParts(new Date());
// [{type:'month',value:'1'}, {type:'literal',value:'/'}, ...]

formatToParts() breaks the formatted date into labeled parts for custom rendering.
