?. safely navigates nested properties

obj?.prop returns undefined instead of throwing if obj is null or undefined.

Challenge: Write safeAccess(obj) that returns:

• name: obj?.user?.name ?? 'anonymous'
• city: obj?.user?.address?.city ?? 'unknown'
